TASTING NOTES: The initial aroma is filled with bold red berry fruit and sweet spicy accents. It then follows with dense plum, fig, hints of chanterelles, and mixed with a subtle essence of redwood/cedar shavings. The palate is animated with a dash of cinnamon, allspice, and maple evoking the dense spicy characters and a rich foundation of dark berries and plum that all carry through a opulent finish.
